Our event would not be possible without dedicated volunteers giving generously of their time and talent. We’re always in need of additional volunteers the night of the ball; please review the list below to see if one of opportunities is right for you!

Saturday, June 27th

• Front Check In (check in guests as they arrive)

  • 4:30p.m – 8:30p.m. (20 volunteers)

• Revenue Enhancers (raffle, specialty drink, etc.)

  • 5:00p.m. – 9:30p.m. (10 volunteers)

• Front Check Out (check out guests)

• • 9:00p.m. – 10:30p.m. (3 volunteers)
